I did remember the James Stewart TV series. It was called Hawkins and ran for all of 8 episodes from 1973-74. I was at UCI then and remember seeing shots of Patough as a real restaurant (tablecloths!) and shots of a UCI building used to show where his office was (he was a lawyer). Understood.
